Results from the development of ionization detection systems for the DRAGON facility

چکیده

We discuss the implementation of an ionization detection system for the focal plane of the DRAGON recoil mass separator. We report recent tests performed with stable beams to test the feasibility of such a system for use in measurements of radiative capture reactions in inverse kinematics with radioactive beams. 2003 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
